Carlo Ancelotti has earmarked Barcelona as a club he will never take charge of.

Ancelotti Rules Out Ever Managing Barcelona

Ancelotti has enjoyed a long illustrious career with a host of top European sides including AC Milan, Chelsea, Paris Saint Germain, Bayern Munich, Juventus and Napoli.

The 63-year-old is in his second spell in charge of Real Madrid, where he has won two Champions League titles and a La Liga trophy among numerous other honours.

Ancelotti's contract expires at the end of next season but he has been touted to become the next manager of the Brazil national team.

Wherever his next destination lies, Ancelotti is convinced it will never be the Camp Nou due to his ties with Real Madrid.

"For me, coaching Barcelona is impossible," Ancelotti told reporters at his pre-match press conference ahead of Madrid's LaLiga meeting with Villarreal on Saturday.

"After 1,272 games [as a coach], I don't have to prove anything.

"I wouldn't change myself. You have to respect my personal history and that of the clubs.

"I won't change myself for anyone because I feel very comfortable here, where the people love me a lot. It's the best club in the world.

"I am loved and I feel secure, so there is no reason for me to change Real Madrid for Barcelona."

Real Madrid beat Barcelona 4-0 on Wednesday to advance to the final of the Copa del Rey 4-1 on aggregate but Los Blancos are 12 points behind their bitterest rivals in the La Liga title race.
