The 31-year-old has reportedly agreed a one-year contract at the Allianz Riviera.

Ramsey still had a year remaining on his Juventus deal when his contract was ripped up by mutual consent.

Ramsey signed a four-year contract with the Turin based club when he joined from Arsenal as a free agent in the summer of 2019.

Ramsey made just 70 appearances across his three full seasons with Juventus, scoring six times as he struggled to maintain fitness.

Ramsey made five appearances for Juventus last season before being sent on loan to Rangers for the second half of the campaign.

The Wales international contributed 13 appearances for Rangers, scoring two goals and helping them reach the Europa League final, where he missed a crucial penalty as the Scottish side lost to Eintracht Frankfurt.

Ramsey however walked away with a Scottish League Cup medal after Rangers defeated Hearts 2-0 in the final.

Ramsey won the Serie A with Juventus in his first season in Italy before adding the Coppa Italia trophy and Italian Super Cup to his list of laurels.

Nice finished fifth under new Paris Saint Germain manager Christophe Galtier last season and will be competing in the Europa League under Lucien Favre next term.

On the international front, Ramsey remains a key player for Wales and is set to feature prominently when the FIFA World Cup comes around later this year in Qatar.

Wales will be making a return among the big boys for the first time in 64 years and have been placed in the same group with England, USA and Iran.
