The Premier League has revealed six players contesting for the player of the month for November.

Manchester United defender Harry Maguire, Raheem Sterling, Luton Town goalkeeper Thomas Kaminski, Anthony Gordon, Bournemouth's Marcus Tavernier and Manchester City winger Jeremy Doku are the contestants for the award.

Liverpool's Mohamed Salah won it last month.

After a difficult summer, Maguire is back in favour at Old Trafford and the England defender marshalled a backline that kept three clean sheets in as many games in November.

Sterling had goal involvements in all three games Chelsea played during the month, scoring against Newcastle United and former club Manchester City, and assisting in a 4-1 win at Tottenham Hotspurs.

Bournemouth picked up two wins from three games in November, with Tavernier coming up with two goals for the Cherries.

Doku was at his menacing best down the wings for the champions as his best game came against Bournemouth when he laid on four assists for his teammates and scored another.

Gordon scored for Newcastle United in victories against London sides Arsenal and Chelsea in November and grabbed another assist in the 4-1 win over the Blues last week.

Kaminski produced 15 saves during the month for Luton Town, which was more than any other goalkeeper in the division.

The Premier League manager of the month will also be contested by Erik Ten Hag, Andoni Iraola, Rob Edwards and Eddie Howe.
