Solskjaer Charges Sanchez To Take Responsibility

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has charged Alexis Sanchez to take the lead in the hunt to reclaim his old form and not bank anyone else's motivation.

The Manchester United manager told reporters after the side's 2-0 loss to Paris Saint-Germain Sanchez can reclaim his old form only if he would work at it.

"I can't do anything about Alexis. He needs to find himself as we know there is a quality player there."

The former Arsenal player had another bad night in the side's 2-0 Champions League fixture at Old Trafford on Tuesday night as he came off the bench to replace Jesse Lingard.

Sanchez joined the first leg knockout tie before the start of the second half, but could not make any significant impact as the visitors humbled the hosts courtesy goals from Presnel Kimpembe and Kylian Mbappe.

The defeat marked the first for Solskjaer while Sanchez's performance was the umpteenth in his Manchester United career.
