Manchester United Keen On Signing Koulibaly In January

Manchester United are close to signing Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli, according to a Daily Mail report on Tuesday.

The transfer, according to the Daily Mail, will make the center back the most expensive defender in the world should the deal materialise.

Manchester United  had two bids rejected by Napoli for the Senegalese center back before the start of the ongoing season, and are reportedly considering an improved bid in the  January transfer window.

A report from TheEveningStand states that the expected bid planned by United to secure the services of the player is in the region of £100million.

Jose Mourinho’s side have been facing defensive problems this season, and the Portuguese manager looks to strengthen the department with the signing of the Napoli player.
