Hazard Set To Announce Next Destination After Europa League Final
By Joshua Walters
Uncertain Chelsea forward Eden Hazard has revealed he will disclose his future after the Europa League final in Baku stressing “what will happen, will happen."
Hazard has been the prime target for Real Madrid and the Spanish giants seem not to end their pursuit for the Premier League Playmaker of the season.
With the departure of their goal poacher Cristiano Ronaldo last season, and the second coming of Zinedine Zidane, Madrid are poised in strengthening their attack as they tip Hazard to occupy the vacant space.
The speculations linking the Belgian playmaker to the Spanish giants generated grounds after it was reported that the former Lille forward was on house-hunting in the Spanish capital.
“I do not think about any of that,”
“I only think about winning the match, then what has to happen will happen.”
“Yes I have made my decision but it is not just about me, I have made my decision, that's it.
“Yes, I wanted that but that's not happened. I'm still waiting like you are waiting and like the fans are waiting.
“When you are on the pitch, you try to be focused on the pitch with the ball. That's it. When I am on the pitch I just try to do the best.
“I am not thinking about this and this, my situation or the club's situation. I just try to win games.”
Despite the player yet to announce his future, it is cited by Marca that ‘a total agreement’ has been reached by both parties with Hazard expected to sign a six-year deal for the Los Blancos.
