Hazard has been linked with a move away from the club as Spanish giants Real Madrid are the likely favourites to secure his services.

The former Lille player will see his current contract expire at the end of next season, but he is likely to leave the Stamford Bridge this summer.

Chelsea will play their city rivals Arsenal in the Europa League final in Baku next Wednesday and Mourinho believes that could be the starman’s last game for the side.

"It looks like it is the last match in blue for Eden Hazard.

“He is a player that was crucial for Chelsea's success in this last generation and Eden also will try to be what he is the majority of the time - a fantastic player on the pitch.

“He will want to win and possibly go to Real Madrid with a last trophy for Chelsea.”

The versatile offensive player has been phenomenal for Chelsea this season, having involved in 31 goals to help the Blues secured a top-four spot and also the finals of the Carabao Cup which they lost to league leaders, Manchester City.

Hazard Joined Chelsea from French Ligue 1 side Lille in 2012 for a fee reported to be priced at £32 million as he has recorded 85 goals and 54 assists in the Premier League since his arrival.
