Ndidi Implores Leicester City To Work Harder
Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi is adamant that the Foxes must stay focused and determined as they prepare to face the bottom side Watford on Wednesday.
Leicester City came from behind to win against Everton on Sunday after a resilient second half performance.
Brendan Rodgers’ men are third on the Premier League table, having won their last six league games with an aggregate score of 19-2.
The Foxes will be hoping to extend their winning streak to seven games in the Premier League when they face the Hornets, and Ndidi believes “the sky is the starting point” for his side.
"The sky is the starting point at this moment because there are spaces beyond the sky," the 22-year-old told the club’s website.
"We are actually working towards something and I hope everything goes well, as it is going, and we just keep working, which is very, very important.”
"We will see how everything goes, but the most important thing at the moment is the next game, so we will see”
"It is something that will just keep going and going and going. We are still growing because there are so many things to learn, you know.”
"It’s just something we have to be ready for and we’ve made up our minds and this is our job, this is what we have to do.”
"So, if we have a manager who has the exposure and has the information to give to us, we just work towards it."
