Kehrer Joins Monaco On Loan From West Ham With Option To Buy
West Ham United defender Thilo Kehrer has joined Ligue 1 side AS Monaco on loan for the rest of the season.
Monaco have the option to make the move permanent when the season ends.
Kehrer has fallen out of favour under manager David Moyes this season, making just two starts from his 12 appearances across all competitions.
Kehrer joined West Ham from Paris Saint Germain for £10m in the summer of 2022 and made 38 appearances in all competitions in his first season.
The 27-year-old Germany international helped West Ham win the Europa Conference League last season.
The move to Monaco sees Kehrer return to France, where he spent four seasons with PSG after joining from Schalke 04 in the summer of 2018 and won three Ligue 1 titles, two Coupe de France, one Coupe de la Ligue and one Trophee des Champions.
Kehrer has won 27 caps for the Germany national team.
