Ramos Apologises To Milan
By Joshua Walters
Sergio Ramos has apologised to Viktoria Plzen defender, Milan Havel, for elbowing him during Wednesday's Champions League clash at the Doosan Aréna.
The Spanish defender elbowed the Czech defender's face in a fifty-fifty challenge during the match day-four clash which Los Blancos won by 5-0.
Many followers of the game believe that the incident was intentional, but the player took to his Twitter page after the game to show remorse.
The Spaniard apologised to his victim and explained that it was purely an accident and not intentional.
Sergio Ramos is often accused of deliberately injuring his opponents with the most recent incident coming in last season's Champions League final when his tackle on Mohamed Salah left the Liverpool starman with a broken arm.
The Egyptian was forced out of the game and passed a late fitness test before he was added to his country's squad to the Russia 2018 World Cup.
