Pjanic Believes Ronaldo

Cristiano Ronaldo is yet to find his goal scoring form at new club Juventus, but that has not affected the trust his colleagues have in him as Miralem Pjanic has disclosed that the Portuguese star is key to the club’s ambitions this season.
Ronaldo, who moved to the Allianz Stadium this summer with the prospect of imposing his goal-scoring talent on the Italian league, is yet to record a single goal after three Serial A games.
While some people believe the Italian league is too physical for Ronaldo to succeed there, others think otherwise, and Pjanic sides with the latter.
"He's our key player, he has won a lot and is one of the best players ever," the central midfielder told Medias Monday. "Having him in the squad gives everybody that little bit extra. Hopefully. He will help us go that bit further than in previous years.”
Pjanic was a transfer target for a lot of clubs in Europe, but the Bosnia and Herzegovina player chose to stay and says that he is happy being part of Juventus charge towards the Seria A and Champions League titlles this term.
"I'm happy I stayed. I stayed also for this objective and I'm happy at Juve and want to grow here and continue to help my team win trophies. The Champions League is one of our objectives, but let's take things one step at a time. First, we've got the league, and then the Champions League starts, and we're on the right track and hope to carry on this way.”
