Manchester City's David Silva says he would like to end his career at his hometown club, Las Palmas in Spain.
Silva has two years left on his contract with the English club, and the 31-year-old offensive player has revealed he would like to leave City for Las Palmas and end his career there.
"For City, two more seasons - what's left on my contract,” Silva told BBC on Wednesday when asked about his future.
“After that, I don't know. It depends how I feel physically and mentally although I have always said that I'd like to play for Las Palmas - my local team."
“But we'll see how things go in two years and take it all from there,” Silva said.
Silva joined City from Valencia in 2010 and has gone on to make 252 appearances, scoring 49 goals, and winning three titles with the Citizens.
Silva has been a key player for the Spanish national team but announced his retirement from international football after the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
