Arsenal Sign Suarez On Loan From Barcelona

Arsenal have signed Denis Suarez from Barcelona on a loan deal for the remainder of the season.

The loan deal also includes the option to buy despite the former Sevilla player having a contract with Barcelona until June 2021.

The Spaniard has been out of favour at the Catalan club as he struggled to make the first team.

Denis Suarez will be reuniting with his former manager Unai Emery, with whom he won the Europa League trophy during their time together at Sevilla.

The 25-year-old winger joined Barcelona from Manchester City in 2013, signing a four-year contract for an undisclosed fee.

Suarez could not break into the Barcelona first team and was loaned to Sevilla the following year.

Denis Suarez played two LaLiga matches for Barcelona this season, but scored no goal, scored two goals in four Copa del Ray games aside making two appearances in the Champions League.
