2022/2023 Premier League Fixtures Announced
The Premier League fixtures for the 2022/2023 season have been released, with matches set to begin on August 5.
Champions Manchester City will begin their title defence at West Ham United on the opening weekend of the season while Liverpool will travel to newly-promoted Fulham.
The first game of the season will be on Friday August 5 when Crystal Palace welcome Arsenal to Selhurst Park.
Erik Ten Hag's first game as Manchester United manager will be at home to Brighton and Hove Albion while Frank Lampard will welcome former club Chelsea to Goodison Park when Everton face Thomas Tuchel's side.
Newcomers Bournemouth will host Steven Gerrard's Aston Villa and Brentford will travel to Leicester City.
Newcastle United will play newly-promoted Nottingham Forest at Saint James' Park while Leeds United host Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Tottenham Hotspurs are at home to Southampton on the opening weekend.
The first meeting between Liverpool and Manchester City will take place at Anfield on October 15.
The Manchester and North London derbies will all be played on October 1.
The season will go on a break from December 14 to December 26 as a result for the upcoming FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
The last games of the season will be played on May 28.
