Udogie Pens New Spurs Contract Until 2030
Tottenham Hotspurs have announced a new contract for defender Destiny Udogie.
Udogie's new deal will take him through to the summer of 2030.
The 21-year-old Italy international has missed just two Premier League games for Spurs this season.
He has contributed one goal and two assists for Spurs so far in 14 top flight appearances.
Udogie signed for Spurs from Udinese in the summer of 2022 and spent last season on loan at the Serie A club.
Udogie has proved a valuable addition to the left side of Tottenham's defence under Ange Postecoglou this season.
Udogie told the club’s website: “I’m happy because I think to be here at this club is a big joy for me, so I’m really happy for this opportunity and it’s a pleasure.
“From the first day I came in, I’ve felt at home.
“There’s just been one objective – to show my best and help the team.
“I’m happy how it’s going but obviously we can do more and I will keep working to do more.
”Udogie has won two caps for the Italy national team since making his international debut in October.
