Chelsea returned to winning ways by beating Sheffield United and there was also a win for Newcastle United.

At the Etihad Stadium, Manchester City established a two-goal lead courtesy Jack Grealish and Rico Lewis' first Premier League goal for the club but Jean-Philippe Mateta halved the deficit before a Michael Olise penalty in the fifth minute of second half stoppage time ensured the spoils were shared.

City have now won just once in their last six Premier League games.

Chelsea claimed a 2-0 win over bottom side Sheffield United at Stamford Bridge.

Cole Palmer was on target for the Blues and Nicolas Jackson got the second as Chelsea climbed to 10th.

Newcastle bounced back from last week's 4-1 defeat at Spurs with a 3-0 win over 10-man Fulham at Saint James' Park.

All three goals came in the second half, with Lewis Miley getting his first goal for the club and Miguel Almiron and Dan Burn also on the score sheet.

Bournemouth's game against Luton Town at the Vitality Stadium was abandoned after 65 minutes with the score at 1-1 after the away side's captain Tom Lockyer collapsed on the pitch.
