Mane Confident Of Liverpool

Sadio Mane is confident that Liverpool will win the 2018/19 Premier League title contrary to claims by skeptics that the Reds are just “chokers.”

Liverpool top the Premier League table with 57 points having opened the four-point lead above defending champions Manchester City.

While some people think that Liverpool have shown enough to prove that they are key Premier League prospects, there are others who also believe that Jurgen Klopp's side will flatter to deceive as it has done in previous seasons.

Mane belongs to the former and says the players are serious about winning the title.

Liverpool have not won the Premier League in 29 years, and the Senegalese international believes that the squad is on hand to end the trophy drought.

"When I wake up, I don't go to the training ground, thinking we will not win. We are determined to show we are the best team in the league."

"This is not a team of chokers. I am sure we will be champions of England,"

"It is not easy to hear people accuse the team of being chokers, but we have to ignore it and focus on what is in front of us."

"Liverpool had the chance to win it a few years ago and did not do it but I prefer to think it helped to bring us where we are now. This is not a team of chokers. I am sure we will win the league."
