Marko Anautovic Ruled Out Of Wolves Clash
By Harry Morgan
West Ham United’s chase for a first Premier League win in four games has been dealt a big blow as top marksman Marko Anautovic has been ruled out of the visit of Wolves.
Hammers Manager, Manuel Pellegrini, confirmed on Thursday, at the pre-match press conference on Saturday's duel with Wolves, that the Australian international has a knee problem.
The striker, according to Manuel Pellegrini, picked up the injury in the Hammers’ 3-1 loss to Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium last Saturday.
West Ham United have endured a nightmarish start to the season as they have gone three games without a win, having been beaten 4-0 at Liverpool, 2-1 at home to Bournemouth and 3-1 at Arsenal.
The Hammers welcome Wolverhampton Wanderers to the London Stadium at 14:00, but the striker, who has fetched the club's two goals thus far this season, will not be in action.
